[3880]  At the garden, a young man cut open a cultured oyster to reveal about a dozen pine-nut-sized pearls.

[3883] This pearl was being sold for 12,900 YMB, or about $US 1,600! I was told some of the largest pearls are from oysters 15 to 20 years old.

[3933] In a region of Hangzhou are thousands of acres of green tea fields, all plowed facing the sun in a predetermined direction. It is said that the combination of altitude, weather, and people make this the idea location for growing green tea bushes.

[3947] In the 'Old Street' of Tunxi, this and other shops sell an endless variety of calligraphy brushes. The largest are sometimes the size of a small broom!

[3958] 'Old Street' in Tunxi - many of the buildings are more than 300 years old, where the more intricate the carvings, the more affluent/influential the owners must be. Today, it is lined with shops.
