[7525]  Monoco (located inside France).  A tiny country of only about 2 square km, it nevertheless is home to 40,000 people!  The 2nd biggest ship you see (right-center) is the royal yacht, while the biggest one (center-left) is a private vessel!  The grand casino (Monte Carlos) sits at the other side of the harbor and is covered under a green dome (you can vaguely see it in this picture).

[7781]  France.  This is a roman aqueduct built to transport water over a distance of over 50 km.  The water flows through a relatively small opening at the very top of this huge structure.

[7843]  Avignon, France.  This poor fellow slept slumping over his suitcase in the park just outside the tourist information center.  Obviously, his accomodations required improvising.

[7886]  Carcassonne, France.  This is the Chateau Comtal, located within the walled city of Carcassonne.  The lush grass would've at one time been a moat.
